What's interesting to me when doing DD,

is which way one starts out, or comes in lol. New folks to Spooz that are smart traders will start seeing more alert and alarm signals on spooz with their stock finders. I believe a new wave of highly skilled technical analyst types are begining to use stock finder software as another valuable tool in their arsenals. Just the kind of value added piece of equipment that's handy to have and further levels the field for a techie/software-whiz-type that trades across the markets against the institutions. besides, it's just plain cool having a stock finder, it's like having an iphone.

Anyway, back to the DD on Spooz. The point I wanted to make I guess is that if you come in on alerts, that's what you see first. Then based on if your going to trade or invest in equities as opposed to futures or other commodities for example. If you happen to be looking at a pink stock such as Spooz you probably first look at the pps then the company and it's products then the people. maybe not totally in that order but most start with the pps. At any rate when you satisfy those basic questions, you meet the people behind the company. And that's really where it all should start in the first place. With the people. That's what first really sold me here.

I won't post it all here, but I suggest when doing DD on the company, folks should take a good look at the the insider's credentials. You have everything from industry acclaimed professional traders and licensed brokers to a former SEC lawyer and Physicists and mathematicians to a financial engineering Dr. and the list goes on. In addition, one should check out the caliber of the Advisory board as well. The DD that is available all around not only on the products but the people behind Spooz as well, overwhelmingly validates Spooz as a strong start-up with excellent prospects.
