Of course this is what's going on. And has been going on from the beginning.

I said this was/is a shell game and that's what it is IMO.

The SEC and Federal Prosecutors don't like shell games that operate as 'de facto' tax shelters.

Illegally avoiding taxes is something that Federal prosecutors frown on and litigate against.

Does anyone think management is vulnerable to this charge?
