I bought 300 shares today, and I have set a sell order for 100 shares, to see if they even try to cancel my sell order or anything.
My stake in PAIM is 300 shares and that's all.
I called my broker today, and they knew nothing about this 95% "buyback".
I can get 6 Million PAIM if I convert my PAIMP, and I am very much interested about this SCAM, to see if I can make an eventual good conversion+sell.
I also own a ton of CD's that I will not convert, because they have set a $0.01 commission, PER SHARE CONVERTED!! LOL LOL LOL ... and the CD's are only worth converting and selling if you then sell the shares higher than 0.0010. Now I'd need to sell above 0.0110 to make a profit from the CD's.
Pearl wants to set an artificial 0.0020 or above, so she can dump her CD's with a +100% profit.
She will be the only one selling CD conversions, because anyone else is obliged to pay her TA gang $0.01 per share, LOL LOL LOL ... INSULTING !!!!
With the REVERSE SPLIT about to come, the PPS should go to 0.0020-0.0040 range, and only those MARKET MAKERS that got some 0.0001's will make a profit selling above 0.0002.
Everybody else needs to sell above 0.0040 to break even...
...BUT PEARLIE WILL MAKE PROFIT BY SELLING ABOVE 0.0010 AND BELOW 0.0020. Not even the MM's can equal her evilness!
She can be the only one selling, and still make a +100% Profit, while anyone else that sells, would loose money.
Isn't it funny, that if the PPS goes to 0.0039, there will only be BAGHOLDERS in PAIM, except PEARL & GANG, and some crook 'MM partners' ?
I don't know what I'll do with my PAIMP. I bet that if I convert them, the TA will delay the conversion till they are over with their conversions and then dump shares till 0.0001 again, and another R/S invention !
Old investors with PAIMP and CD's are stuck.
And the new investors want to sell at a profit, while PEARL sells at a profit below their Buy price.

The only way to make a profit here, was buying @0.0002 next monday, and they are taking care of that !!! "Chill-OUT-LOL"
I fing it extremely INSULTING, but funny and laughable, though, ... what PEARL says in the PR, with that example:
She considers 0.0001 as the generic entry point of any shareholder (I don't know anybody who bought @0.0001). But she has VERY recently been PUMPING PAIM to dump shares @0.0005-0.0007 while she promised a "secret" CASH Dividend that finally was said to be 0.00001 (more scam&insults, LOL).
THIS IS A GIGANTIC SCAM, MADE OF MANY OTHER SCAMS, ONE AFTER THE OTHER.
Though,... I am lurking, just in case there is a tricky dangerous way to take a bit of the cheese from the TRAP before it slaughters EVERYONE. Buying below 0.0010 might give some profits, if you sell before they go to 9 Billion and 0.0001 again. And keep in mind that "Pearl" makes profit by selling converted CD's above 0.0010... that's why she started the PR and SCAM machines as soon as the PPS fell below 0.0010.
It will be interesting to watch, anyway.
