according to Quote.Com. Quote.Com shows the .0073 trade to have been "cancelled" (which is different from other quote sources).
Usually Quote.Com is a very reliable quote source. Their live chart also shows SPZI closed at .008.

There was unusual price strength displayed today on low (13.6 million shares traded) volume. This is a bullish indicator going into the monday opening.
