Unfortunately Sam will dilute the stock as much as necessary to keep things moving forward and the company afloat.

Releasing any update at all would surely help slow the continual decline of the share price.

My guess is that his hands are completely tied and he cannot say anything at all. Hopefully he is using the new monies to sign new deals and move forward.

But the new share count is certainly discouraging. My guess is that there will be another round of selloffs now. Price will go lower til we hear anyting from Sam. No reason not to drift lower....
