KCA was purchased in December of 2004 for 5 million shares of stock, hence the share increase at that time.

The entity they said they owned was Velvet Textile Mill and there was mention of 18MM shares for them "pre-R/S." I'm guessing that the audit will state unequivocally that we own the Mill outright.
