At that time, spinning off the division will allow Esprit and its shareholders to realize the value that has been created by selling the division.


I'm not the smartest cookie in the jar...so,
1) would this mean that "we" as Esprit shareholders could only get a 1 time lump sum of money by the sale of the division and the shell, OR

2) would Esprit be able to sell the division and shell but keep it as an asset under Esprit? Or somewhere in between like GVHL 23%?

I surely hope it would be #2

Maybe someone with more knowledge can give their opinion.
