QUESTION:

Great news, to hear three banks are interested in check 21. In regards to Wachovia, when this deal becomes finalized can you ask Wachovia to issue a PR. I think if Wachovia mentions EFGO the investment community would realize that were not an ordinary pinksheet company.

RESPONSE:

Good point and agreed. Our team will consult with their communuications department to see if this can be done. Nothing has been finalized yet. We will announce once the final documents are signed.

QUESTION:

How close are we in getting our Series 3 license for commodities and futures contracts and our membership in the National Futures Association?

Also, with this license, can we trade other securities beside money (forex)?

RESPONSE:

Our membership in the NFA (National Futures Association) has been achieved. We anticipate another 30 – 60 days to obtain our License 3 certification.In answer to the second question, we can, indeed, trade derivatives and all other commodities. We don’t have any plans to do so for the foreseeable future.
