If this deal with Impactmobile is the one thats been gagged and actually happens then the divi will be a minor detail. None of the investor will be too concerned about the divi in 6 months if this technology is being used across north America and Canada (& maybe a few other countries)

I'm just waiting for confirmation that this ImpactMobil deal is the real thing.

I wonder if the date for calculating who gets the divi has changed. It would be nice to hear more info on that especially I might be able to collect on it even if I don't buy PLYCF until next week or whenever confirmations come out for the Impact mobile deal.
