I called the transfer agent, they said I MUST have the shares in a brokerage account to do the 144 Sale... It still has to be in an account because a broker HAS to handle the process so it doesn't matter whether ssty helps or not. I just need a new broker that is full service or nobody can help me...Scottrade can't.
