very important : I cannot believe after all these months people don't have clarity on basic things. I am tired of all this confusion about leatherneck energy and regions. I think this is one area RGNO needs to kill all kinds of speculation and misinformation campaign launched by some. As per Jerry, there were 2 companies to begin with.

Leatherneck energy and Leatherneck oil & gas..

both were private companies at one time..leatherneck energy
wanted to go public and it looked for a shell to go public with..they found fcnk shell and took leatherneck energy public
by a reverse merget..

Leatherneck energy reverse merged with FCNK to become regions oil and gas. that explains
this. RGNO = Leatherneck energy..that is why all the press releases are talking about oil wells that carries the name of leatherneck energy..this was confirmed to me by Jerry yesterday. Hope this helps. Leatherneck oil & gas is still
a private entity..


we own them because leatherneck energy is RGNO now..
I encourage more people to call Jerry and get this confirmation..As a matter of fact, I think they should
even put a PR clarifying this since so many are still
confused with this basic thing..
