Just a kindly reminder, usually the new company after reverse merger is very new without any history, most the time company after the merger would REVERSPLIT it's shares within one year, even though the new CEO told us "there's no REVERSPLIT at this time", but he said not at this time didn't meant no for ever.
My opinion is for a new merger company without history to look back, it is risky to bet on.
