For all who don't know, here are the details of what RSHN own:
100% of E-water
100% of Garden Beverages
51% of Apple Rush
62.5% of net revenue GR, AR, and GRXXX (I am not sure what the per case calculation they are using)

All these details are posted on the Board info. Only thing that is not posted is the 62.5% part which I will post soon.


We don't know who owns the 49%. People can guess all they want and some have guess Rush Beverages. I don't think this is true since there were 'talks' of someone with money and brewery in Minnesota fronting for the 49% ownership. This included bunch of money for supplies for the first few runs.

The biggest things are Garden, E-water, and Apple Rush. RSHN own majority and/or all of it. That is why I and others care about e-water. The buck goes to RSHN.


From the PR you found: "Separately, RushNet, Inc., marketing agent for Rush Beverage Company, clarified its per case royalty arrangements pertaining to the licensed "Rush" brands. RushNet, Inc. retains 62.5% of the net revenue from sales of these brands, and is brand owner of e-water(TM)."
