Not to hard to see this as a buying opp... as .012 has shown to be the bottom for the 4th time in around 5 months.....
5th time in a year.... with .014 a close second for bottom.

Based on this.... any post saying new management dilution seem unfounded.

Audits should be done soon ... not that they will be pretty, but should bring to light any wrong old management has done... and allow the company to get back on track with filling.

Time to load for next run? Money for those coming in? Recoup for those who bought higher? Self included. Could see really nice gains if previous plans follow through.....

One more item... I have called Novak and the gaspers have no affiliation. Regardless of what company's such as Zoominfo have compiled...
