What lies???

You appear confused on the difference between silence and lies.

The company released the PDR exchange functional, but with bugs. Nobody can wire out yet, due to paperwork across national lines.

What did they lie about? Please don't skew your semantics to become "lies" in themselves. You appear much more guilty of "lying" than Panamersa Corporation, who simply hasn't commented on these issues. They are obviously aware of them, and working to fix, and there is no need to talk about it officially until the issues are fixed. We all have the same information.
