got another mailer touting Raven Gold, RVNG.ob. I don't know how they can afford to spend this much money on PR. They are mining now and sending ore to the mill so maybe they are trying to raise the share price to do another financing or support the price so their lenders can cash in all their warrants at good prices. Even after the mailer, volume is up but price is down. Could be a P&D except there is cashflow now.
Tara is holding 1 million shares of Raven, I think. They got 500,000 shares for La Currita but then Raven did a 2/1 forward split. So it should be 1 million shares sitting in the Trgd.pk treasury.
Raven did a lot of financing and just filed an SB-2 for 30 million shares of potential shares that might be issued related to their lending arrangement. Hope it's not a death spiral. Bobwins
