That is the part that some refuse to accept. If they are making millions already (salary + bonuses) what is the incentive to actually bring a product to market? I mean it will just add more hassle, more 'real' work, more long hours, etc. Right now they have a pretty good thing in place, why not just maintain that for as long as possible - right?

The answer that some have given to this is that Brad and Ray have such high ethics and morals that they would never do such a thing!
