Just got off the phone with my broker again, now they state "NITE had naked shorted this like crazy and DTC had no more shares to deliver" which is why DTC halted. they ran out of shares to deliver. Then he continued to say they are using a different MM now that would take the shares if I wanted to sell. didnt think about asking him to buy though. I will email him
