For those preferring to consider
all their options before making a knee jerk decision:
"Internet voting is accepted up to 11:59 p.m. (ET) the day before the meeting/cut off date."
Something may be said or conveyed that could weigh in on one's decision. Then again, nothing may come forward. But why vote right away? Doesn't make any sense.
