Nelderand ans to you PM Livingonpennies posted the initial statement just after the close then moments latter GEH posted the actual instrument. Both posts have been deleated. I had not seen Living post here ever before nor has that poster been on this site since that day. Why would a lurker post the statement of the R/S? How could the actual instrument appear so fast after that post? It takes time to get into gov. doc. find the item cut and paste then post. The post was ready to go IMO and a none poster was needed to drop the bomb. JMO
