To answer some questions
1) Clovelly No. 1 we own nothing of, however, it is majority
owned by ORX and is producing 100 to 120 Bopd. Some are in line to have some access to that.
2) I do not know anything about BuckSnag #3, there is no Buck
Snag #3 that I am aware of
3) The BoD of Delaware Companies can recommend, but the Majority
shareholders do have ability to RS or increase the authorized.
4) It could be weeks or months to deal with this last interest
holder. However, certain parties including ORX have no care or desire to deal with delinquents. Life and business moves on and forward, and I am sure you know that we, our shareholders, nor ORX (a private company) are not going to sit around and wait.

The rest is up to you, I cannot respond to that. Why we would
never re drill Covelly? I do not know where you come up with that. Why the "Company" or "you guys" are selling makes no sense. Why you think Clovelly will be re drilled but not by "MXXR" makes no sense.
I really think you are working assiduously to get my goat. We are working diligently to make progress. There will be some stable investments and some speculative investments made towards corporate progress.
You are pushing buttons, and there is not much more to come of this dialogue, but you can play fair with me, and I will always dialogue with you. When you get angry or abusive, you know I back off.
