Classic XP3 CC Display Problems

My friend (tenderloin) and I have visited a number of Circuit City stores in Southern California and are disappointed in what we have found regarding the Classic XP3 diplays. The display players are non working outer shell only. The plastic buttons that are used to control the functions of the player are only glued in.
Every display model that we have come across has the buttons pushed in, giving the impression of a cheap player that breaks easily. It is important that we as shareholders report this to e.Digital, Musical/Classic whomever ASAP. Since e.Digital gets money from each unit produced by Musical/Classic the more they sell, the more e. Digital makes.
With the display units looking so shoddy, I doubt many will buy this player.
Please, if you have seen the same problem let the people at the top know.
