Where have I ever stated I was ever a lawyer or played one on the internet? I am still trying to find that in my postings on here and coming up empty.

I have and do register many domains a year, sell domains and build sites to earn income on domains. Including those that have TMs by other companies. I have yet to be sued or told to relinquish because I own, market and profit off of said domains.

Then again, people think they know everything when it comes to the internet law based on a few words on a few pages such as wiki or what they pulled up on Google. Too bad 95% of the time they are wrong or incomplete.
