IF the company was to keep going business as usual, based on the past, this would remain a stock to trade with based on rumors circulating at different times (thanks to the board) and transactions manipulated by MM's.

The above is a statement made out of frustration. Then I guess one could say that BB's control the price of stock. You really need to think about what you are saying. MM's have always played with stocks. They make money on the buys, shorts, sells, whatever. This is a fact. If someone shows a large block, the price drops on almost any stock. Games are played irregardless of what is said on these boards. Anyone who buys or sells there position based on what is stated on these boards is a fool. So Pual, let's get back to reality and quit blaming board posters for the price of the stock. Do you really think MM's have time to read this crap or even care? If so, get out of your fantasy world. I thought you were of sound mind!

Whatever BD is all about, it seems that the 'NA startup' has been maturing somewhat (most likely not yet profitable) and one must assume that financing is required. It seems that Matin (and his relatively new environment) would prefer to get it by borrowing instead of diluting. That justifies producing credible AF.

Where do yu get borrowing due to lack of profitability. I thought the big borrow was to buy back stock which Matin would put shares up as security for money to loan to the company to buy back stock and create additional dept for the company. Does all this make sense to y0u?

Veltex showed a profit for 06. Would the AF give credibility to a pink sheet? Individuals speculating buy pink sheets not funds or other companies. WE like seeing Q1's which look good and we like explanations of why there were no earnings/share or negative.

If Matin wanted to show good faith, then maybe he should have bought back a 100k or so shares? Maybe he should have given a reason for the loss in Q4 like other companies. Doing an AF without the whole thing is nothing more than a bunch of crap. One can't pick and choose. This AF is blown out of proportion as far as what it will do for the stock. The first thing should have been to do better reporing on the Q's along with outstanding shares and so on. An AF was not needed for that. A simple statement of BD probably would have sufficed most people who trade here.

There is a saying "you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear". This will never be a silk purse and will most likely stay a sows ear. People don't buy these stocks as a long term investment, they trade as most of you have stated. Just need the facts.

So Pual, let's stay in reality
