Buzz Half Yearly Corporate Update

Buzz is pleased to Update Shareholders on activities for the Half Year ended 30/6/07

Software Distribution

The Buzz Browser, VoIP and Various Toolbars have all seen solid growth in downloads and distribution, as key entry points to Buzz services the company will continue to promote and distribute the software more aggressively in the next year. Buzz/Microsoft Internet Explorer "IE ALL BUZZED UP" will be released onsite soon.

http://www.12buzz.com as we have seen has undergone several changes over the last 6 months and remains far from finished, this is an ongoing development process a new base site will be seen online soon.

Buzz has added Travel, Shopping, BuzZME, BidME, Games and IT Services. Shortly after the new base appears the site will become available in a number of new languages.

The Orient Express our online Lifestyle Entertainment Portal will be developed into a 1st in Multimedia presentations, it will be a magazine, an online mall and a TV style program, users will have the ability to read or watch the articles on a number of devices.

Advertising

Buzzbizz has grown fast and rapidly spread from online ads to Print and TV. The Online ad server has been very successful with publisher numbers increasing daily; Buzzbizz has also contracted with several other media entities to expand Buzzbizz sales into new areas.

IT Services

Still our strongest sector with contract work growing at a solid pace. Our team has now extended into Flash, Animation and full 3D Graphic work. Solutions development and integration still remains a strong revenue producer.

Expansion

Thailand is being developed as a low cost base of operations but without doubt the market we are seeking is global, our first target is China where we recently moved into the Fiber Optic. Last Mile wiring business.

Our offer to individuals to build their online store free will see Buzz become a top 1000 website and provide a secure shopping environment for consumers around the world driven by the Buzz Assistant in shipping.

Brand Awareness

Buzz has started Advertising in relation to Products and spending on advertising in the next year will be substantial.

Buzz will be distributing information on the company to strategic investors throughout Asia over the next week and the rest of the world the following week.

Military Contracts

These contracts have been great for Buzz and have certainly funded some very interesting software development and applications that with additional work will have a public market in the future.

Satellite TV

Buzz is in the process of buying Satellite Channel 8 from Hong Kong.

Corporate Structure

As promised on many occasions Buzz will not exceed 300m shares barring any unforeseen takeover opportunities, we have no need for funding for operations or for expansion. Buzz will not ever Reverse Split Stock.
