was I the only one to miss the fact that congress approved $400,000,000 last Sept for durable housing replacements for the states of FL, AL, MS, LA & TX affected by hurricanes?

I have the notes at work. I think a client of my company is a Mfg company looking to get into the market in those states and other dangerous areas... I saw a video my company shot in the interview with him where the composite material of one type of housing was... and get this ... resistant to the effects of a 120mm mortar round...
