That doesn't answer the question of why on earth he would even want to do that pre-merger..Even if we were to assume that Mr. Hunsaker was entirely self-serving, a r/s pre-merger would not benefit him in any way whatsoever.. but if he did just get a case of the crazies, Peacock could easily respond by saying "NO".. plain and simple.. and if Hunsaker decided to back out..then in accordance with the definitive agreement, he would be required to repay FCCN the $2M, plus interest.. and we could take our clean, fully reporting shell, with our $10M in carryforward losses down the road and find another suitor who is serious about a deal.
