Never did such a thing. Just a P.O.ed going on three year investor whos investment is worth a quarter of what it was a few months back and is poised for even further loss of equity and voting strength. The real kicker is I believe this would be North of .15 had this negative split not been the first order of business after a year and a half of amep limbo
