I have 2 accounts at IB...solid up time. Just a very different interface from most brokers. It looks more like the professional screen we use at the hedge fund. However, customer service is horrible on the rare occasions that you need it.

We just switched our Advisor accounts to Schwab. If the account is large enough, an individual can get $10-11 trades.
