This matter came on to be heard today on various Motions filed on behalf of the parties; present, Tom Schafer, AJ Hand, Attorney appearing on behalf of Plaintiff and Reginald Laurent, James Farmer, Attorney appearing on behalf of Defendants.
Arguments were heard on behalf of the parties and the matter was submitted to the Court; Whereupon Court Denied the Exception of No Cause of Action filed in consolidated matter #2006-15963.
Further, it is ordered by the Court that all pending Motions herein are deferred pending a decision from the First Circuit Court of Appeals on the Appeal pending in this matter.
