Few days ago the pps of USXP was down to $0.00019 and the trade volumes was huge at closed to billion shares, but this couple days the volume was low, yesterday with less than 60 million shares. It was a good sight. The MM's dumped shares which they don't own for the pps $0.00019, imagine if not the MM's who naked short, who els would sold for that price?
As long as the company stay strong, it's pps will be back to the penny land.
