Update...made contact this am with the office #, receptionist states that Ms. Carmel is in a meeting for next 30 minutes and I should try back then. Notified the receptionist who I was and that I would call back in 1/2 hour as she didn't have a good enough command of English to understand "voicemail". Hopefully, when I call back the opportunity to speak directly with Ms. Carmel will present itself?

Not to worry, I have a tenacious personality and do not give up easily!lol Surely by now ya'll have surmised this?:)

Will try to watch the board between efforts as I have dial-up internet and must disconnect every time I use the phone, Aaaaarrggh!!! Of course, I will let ya'll know as soon as I've learned anything, at least whatever I'm allowed to reveal.:)
