USXP files $160M lawsuit...........


NEW YORK, Jan 14, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB:USXP), announced the filing of a lawsuit in New York Supreme Court (Docket: 868-04) against Dan McKinnon and North American Airlines for $160,000,000, in connection with the planned acquisition of North American Airlines that was terminated on November 24, 2003. Dan McKinnon is chairman and president of North American Airlines.

The suit charges McKinnon and North American with fraudulent concealment, breach of contract with respect to due diligence, breach of good faith, fair dealing and other matters.
