I wish I could disagree with you but I cannot. So much potential so little progress. I can only imagion we will continue to drop. They may produce more contracts or UTCS updates but why would that move the stock now.

I think Joe has lost his supporters holding the stock up. Watch for the stock to drop on news as people try to get out. JMO of coarse!
