more like 30s, but as to the rest of what you "were told", who told you, and will you share the rest of the info?????? We can only hope.........You/WE can trust Lloyd Fan or not, but what is the option? IF a law suit is your plan, just who will pay for it, and WHAT on earth do you think you can get from FAN? Olsen has the $...........WHY do SO many people assume Cinemax is a nest of thieves? I'm surprised that they are STILL interested in TMM with all the scam accusitations on the boards. They must see the combination of tax loss and an easy public vehicle as a plus....

I have to tell you, My Husbear is owed $ for working at QTN, so I'm not totally objective.......BUT, HOW is it helpful to stock holders or anyone else to trash a possiblilty? Stockholders have 2 things, hope for a market value or the ability to write off what we invested.....as my father told me years ago, "I HAVE write-offs, I'm looking for more income" we'll see.......
