Well, the reason for me to believe USXP will be back to the penny land is that the CEO MR. ALTOMORE RICHARD is a strong man, he just look like the former CEO of QBID MR. FRANK. I don't know have you heard MR. FRANK or not, he promised he will not reversplit QBID as long as his in power, and the share price surged from $0.0001 to $0.025 in couple months. Though he lost his job later after the share price went down, and he did what he promised.
I saw Mr.Altomore has the same character, his a veteran, he is strong, and willing to fight. He fought with the SEC for the past many years, and won on some issues, he also working hard to ran the company. My opinion is as long as he don't reversplit the share, soon or later we'll back to the penny land.
Although I believed so much, but its only my opinion. Please do your own research, don't listen to me, alright.
