Jim was then compelled to prove his successes in a larger, more high-profile city of
Monroeville, PA. To increase the challenge, he opened his shop across from a Pizza Hut in
order to further test his quality and quantity theories against the biggest pizza franchise.
Within a year, that Pizza Hut restaurant was closed due to lost business.

Pizza Hut closed due to major increase in there rent up to 4k a month, and they already had a delivery unit in monroeville. Also, every Pizza Hut that I have worked for usually brings in 17k a week in most delivery units and others without delivery brought in 13k a week. Once Unique Pizza brings in that much a week I will believe that they made another shop close. If there is a PIzza Shop that is bringing around 9k a week then they will likely to close even though they still are bringing in a profit, that is that the Pizza Hut is company owned. I would love to know if any Unique Pizza shops are bringing in 10k or more a week.
