I dont agree, mainly because I am extremely skepical about the margins be speculated about for the video player. First of all, a licensing agreement is basically free money once legalities, paper work etc. are taken care of. If you read the pr about the asian oem/gateway deal edig evidently has assumed a greater role in the project than just selling the design and walking away, which is ok providing the royalties are commensurate. If they are actually getting around 8 bucks a unit from the asian oem this is not too bad considering it shouldnt slow edig down with any other projects they are working on. A few bucks a unit from musical and they could have something there. Its all speculation at this point until we see the numbers.
I am really looking forward to some info on how x-20 sales are going as we could possibly get a rough idea on royalties by comparing the info with edigs quarterly report.
One thing for sure, the numbers will speak for themselves and there will be no message board cover ups like there were when investors began finding out how many mxps were actually being sold by good guys.. lol
