Das steht doch mehr wie deutlich drin. HRCT sucht Investoren, die den benoetigten Cash fuer die Uebernahme bereitstellen. Im gegenzug werden diese mit Sicherheit Aktien mit Discount bekommen. Man hat bereits mehrere Angebote vorliegen.
