Cosmo, I don't know who or what your referring to here and I don't care. re; "His view of the situation is that Brad and Ray and working long hours diligently trying to perfect the high speed copper tech and thereby changing the world and rewarding investors beyond their dreams.

However, from my point of view they are. This is born out of significant time sitting in the office trying to get a word with Ray while he fields phone calls and questions from staff. Also, time on the phone with him while he also gets interrupted by staff with questions etc..

Your attitude that they are not working hard is drawn from vast amounts of thin air.
