Thery are DEFINITELY moving slow, which is a major part of the problem. When it's a pink sheet stock, more often than not, it's going to be interpreted as stalling or hiding (many times, for good reason). Bottom line is we are in the dark here, even if you have done your DD, which is troublesome.

I sincerely hope that your timeline is accurate and that step 3 (Buyout PR) comes very soon! We're long overdue.
