Thanks for the repost. Gene was in SLC, WY and now in Idaho.

They are waiting for word from the attorney so can't release anything until he says he is done/has filed, etc.

David needs a NOBO list to verify the shareholders on record for the July 15th warrant deadline. He told me the June NOBO list was 38 pages with an average of 10 shareholders per page. We estimated there are 300-325 shareholders based on the fact that some shareholders have their shares in more than one account so their names would appear for each account.

Obviously the dumping has slowed/stopped today and all we need are some buyers to step up and hit the ask.
