I think it's pretty common knowledge that the majority of people in this stock are in for the injunction...with that said I'm just kinda curious why they haven't even updated us on the situation yet? Just let us know it's still going on and that would be enough to get us going again....I'm sure they are aware of that, so why not just update us?
