Sorry so late to review and post. Thank you for all your efforts to compile and complete this letter. It looks good! I would only make one minor addition to ward off any potential inferences. At this late hour, you may or may not choose to amend. In any case, here is my suggestion.

In paragraph 2, I would change "we remain completely ignorant as to the current status of Alcar Chemical Group and our investments" to... "we remain completely ignorant as to the current status of Alcar Chemical Group and our investment in said entity"
