"First of all, it was mentioned by someone at the Shareholder's meeting that Venture Capital is NOT available to a publically traded company.

Secondly, Brad has repeatedly stated that he does NOT want any more convertible debt funding since dilution is one of his MAJOR concerns.

And lastly, Brad has said his goal is to have realized revenues doing the "funding" in the VERY near future. So, these "bridge loans" are most likely being used until that last piece of the puzzle can come true. And I HOPE that happens VERY soon..."
