KPF - in the cross licensing agreement - INTC allows AMD to use the X86 kernal in order to make X86 compatible chips in return AMD pays royalties to INTC. The thing that worries me worse than AMD having it is Samsung having it - by virtue of partial ownership. What I am wondering is if Samsung buys partial ownership of AMD does this mean they get access to make X86 processors. Samsung knows how to run a business unlike AMD..

This would be very bad for INTC...IMHO...

Maybe Duke understands this better than myself.. then on the otherhand it may mean nothing???
