Dissapointing Christmas sales

In line with DRAMeXchange’s forecast, low DRAM prices have stimulated major PC OEMs including Dell and Hewlett-Packard (HP) to double memory content to 512MB on some of their PCs priced at US$700-1,200 (excluding monitor). The move is to promote their PC sales after their slightly disappointing Christmas sales, according to DRAMeXchange.

Not good! This is the third indication I´ve seen that sales were not as good as hoped for.
