Truth, I checked into JRVR again and found the reason for the O/S discrepancy. The last filing showed 24,000,000 as of September and that is where I got that number from. Back in August, there was a s8 for 25,000,000. Since I have not followed the stock closely, I have no idea whether those shares have hit the market yet, but am sure some probably have.
