The company has already ID'd who is selling shares into the open market. They have also identified how they plan to stop it. They're just waiting for whatever needs to be done legally to get it done. I'm sure this is just as frustrating for them as it is for us. They are shareholders too.

Like I said earlier, there are likely two reasons for the declining price: 504-D shares and short-sighted investors. The 504 shares will hopefully stop once the injunction is filed. Short-sighted investors will be a problem until this thing is off the Pinks. JMO
