I'll tell you one obstacle I just noticed which will keep this stock from going up.
I don't know for sure, but the float must be awful. Or perhaps they've issued too many shares.
It's only 11:00 am and already almost ONE million NIHK shrs. have traded. (969,793), yet this amount of volume has only moved the stock 0.003 cents?
That's awful.
Compare that to CME, which has traded 408,101, but is up a whopping $10.30.
NIHK must be awfully diluted.
NOT good!
